Defining a member: “Member” – means a person above the age of 18 years whose historic origin is South of India, is of a Dravidian ethnic group and speaks either of the following languages; Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, as their mother tongue.
In addition, the person follows the South Indian religion and culture and practice the ‘way of life’, as it is seen in the many distinguishable characteristics for example in the dance form, Bharatanatyam, writing, religion, prayer, worship, marriage, music, cooking and attire.
Membership Application opened on the 1 November 2014 in Gauteng , North West applications opened on the 6th March 2015 other Provinces will be advised as once applications is open:
A. Adults Membership R 250.00 per person per annum
B. Students/Pensioner Membership R 150.00 per person per annum
